Q: Your lights look the same as Brand X, are they the same?

A: Here is the deal, the reason our lights look similar to others is because the housings are all manufactured by the same company. That is where the similarities end. A prime example is if you had 4 different engines from 4 different companys and they were all painted orange. They would look the same, but a Keith Black engine is not the same as your local parts store engine. It's what is inside that makes the difference.

Besides, does Brand X offer a contingency program for racers? Do they offer Lexan replacement lenses? Do they offer yellow lenses? Do they offer a full 1 year warranty? Trail Glow does and warranty issues are handled by us directly, not a 3rd party. These are just a few reasons that Trail Glow outshines the rest.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our return policy is as follows:

Any non-defective, unopened, unused item can be returned for a full refund minus shipping and handling charges. We will issue refunds within 48 hours of receiving and verifying the items.

Shipping is not refunded. If you wish to return an item you are responsible for return shipping and protecting the shipment against loss or damage. If a return item arrives damaged we will be unable to issue a refund.

All orders cancelled before shipping are fully refunded.

Q: What is your warranty?

A: All HID Lights carry a 1 Year Warranty against manufacture defects which includes housing, bulb and ballast. Warranty coverage does not include shipping costs.
